Larry E. Houser graduated from the Walsh County Ag School in Park River in 1964. He attended Valley City State where he received a bachelor's degree with majors in English and physical education. He went on to attend the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley and graduated Suma Cum Laude receiving his Master's degree in 1971.

He taught and coached in the Park River school system until 1979 when he started in the insurance business with First Bank System. In 1987 a group of local investors bought the bank and the agency, and Larry has been president of the agency since that time. Larry served as president of the Independent Insurance Agents of North Dakota in 1990-1991. He was also Agent of the Year in 1992.

Larry has always been active in athletics and was elected to the North Dakota Officials Association Hall of Fame in 2005. He was also elected to the Valley City Athletic Hall of Fame in 1999.

Cheri Stabo graduated from Milton Osnabrock High School. She earned an associate of arts degree in accounting from Mayville State. She was employed as office manager for Close Construction, Milton ND for 12 years.

Cheri joined the staff at First United in January 1999. She is licensed in Property & Casualty, Crop Insurance and Health & Life Insurance. She received her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2004. Cheri was promoted to Manager of First United Insurance in 2006 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2008.

Cheri and Steve Stabo have three sons and reside in Edinburg, ND.

Steve Rehovsky graduated from Oakes High School in 1979, and attended UND for one year in aviation administration before transferring to NDSU where he received a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics.

He began his career in Milbank, SD, for Norwest Bank as an ag loan officer. He moved to Park River in the fall of 1985 and has worked primarily in the area of ag lending and insurance sales. He and his wife Carol have four children and reside in Park River.

Jeanne Droske, born and raised in Grafton, ND, attended school in Grafton and graduated in 1980. She attended Aakers Business College and graduated in 1981. After graduating she accepted a position with First National Bank in Grafton as a teller and in 1990 accepted a position in the insurance department as a CSR with Norwest Insurance Agency. She became a licensed agent in 1993 and received her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 1997. Jeanne accepted her current position as a licensed insurance agent with First United Insurance in May of 2003.

She lives with her husband, David, and two children, Alex, who is active in the National Guard and is a student at University of North Dakota, and Danielle, who is also attending the University of North Dakota and is starting her Senior year.

Heather Almen was born and raised in Park River and graduated from Park River High School in 2001. Afterwards she attended Aakers Business College and graduated with an Associates degree in Accounting, with an emphasis in Banking and Finance.

Heather joined First United Insurance as a licensed property and casualty agent in 2008. She held a similar position at Dawson Insurance in Fargo, ND for five years prior to joining First United Insurance.

Heather and her husband, Matthew, along with their daughter, Emma, reside in Park River.
